Questions
Will martial arts make my child violent?
The opposite. Martial arts teaches self-control, respect and when not to fight. Students learn courtesy, discipline and confidence, and they practice using their skills responsibly. Most parents see calmer, more focused kids.
How is martial arts different from other kids’ activities?
It builds focus, respect, goal-setting and resilience, on top of fitness. Students earn belts one step at a time, so they learn that effort leads to progress.
How many days a week should we come?
We recommend two days a week. That’s the sweet spot for steady progress without burning out.
How big are the classes?
Small. Most classes are under 10 students. Small class size is one of the things we’re proudest of, because it means more individual attention for every student.
